Yacht Owners searching for  traditional mooring on the River Orwell will shortly be able to benefit from the new MDL Woolverstone Marina package, thanks to the new summer swinging mooring rates to be introduced soon.

Set to launch next year, boat owners looking for a picturesque spot for the summer season, can now take a swinging mooring at Woolverstone Marina from April to September for just £85 per metre.

The new package includes dinghy storage, annual licence, car parking at the marina and the use of all marina facilities, including toilets and showers.  The moorings are available at all states of the tide, are within sight of the marina and offer unspoilt views of the River Orwell.

Woolverstone Marina offers extensive facilities for berth holders and visitors alike, including a well-stocked chandlery and the ever-popular Butterman’s Bar and Restaurant. A water taxi service is also available.
