Ferretti Yachts recently announced that the construction of the new maxi flybridge Ferretti 920. This is the second in-built project announcement of 2017 from Ferretti Yachts, as their Ferretti Yachts 780 is already being built at the shipyard’s facilities.
Ferretti 920 is a joint project of Ferretti Group’s Product Strategy Committee and Engineering Department, along with Studio Zuccon International Project. Measuring 28.49m, this yacht has a number of new features, such as a raised bow height, a wide-body master suite on the main deck and some design elements on the bulwarks to emphasise the aggressive character of the vessel.
Her outdoor livind spaces are impressive for a yacht of this size. Ferretti 920 boasts the largest bow among the other ferretti vesseles of this size.
The sun pad on the deckhouse leads into a dinette fitted with two forward-facing sofas, divided by a passageway, and a pair of sofas with adjustable backrests. This creates a large lounge, completed with coffee tables that can be protected and shaded by curtains upon request.
There is a submersible hatch at the stern, used to move the garage door and swimming platform, allowing plenty of space on the beach club and easy handling of the tender.
Interior design sees a lot of natural light and luxurious materials. Accommodation configuration will be available in two layouts, either with 3 or 4 cabins.
Ferretti Yachts 920 is available with three different types of MTU engine.
Ferretti Yachts 920’s official launch is expected in early September 2017.
