US luxury yacht builder, Jarrett Bay Boatworks, is delighted to announce that they have recently acquired an additional 12,000 sq. ft. indoor facility, adding to the list of amenities offered at their 175-acre Marine Industrial Park. With a 28-foot clearance entry door, this building will accommodate post-cabin installations of custom yachts constructed by Jarrett Bay, as well as serve as an auxiliary location for overflow service projects.
This acquisition marks the fourth parcel recently added to Jarrett Bay’s coffers – for a total of nine buildings covering 37-acres and 137,000 sq. ft. of indoor space used to accommodate the ever-increasing demand for the full-service offerings by Jarrett Bay and fellow Park affiliates.
This new building acquisition further demonstrates the strength of Jarrett Bay’s reputation and the continued increase in demand for their custom-built cold-molded sportfishing boats, as well as their world-class service and refit work. Jarrett Bay’s facilities sit at the heart of the 175-acre Jarrett Bay Marine Industrial Park – home to over a dozen marine vendors fulfilling nearly all service needs from engines to canvas. With 75- 100- & 220-ton travel lifts, and over 1,000 feet of floating dock on the ICW, Jarrett Bay can handle a wide array of vessels with varying beams and lengths, power and sail.
President Randy Ramsey commented, “Amid our ever-increasing new construction and service facility footprint, every Jarrett Bay boat and job will continue to represent the pride and passion of our team in addition to the latest in technology and most efficient practices and work flows set forth by management. We are excited to be able to share even more of our quality work each year with boaters of all shapes and sizes.”
