Camper & Nicholsons Marinas (CNM), a world leader in luxury marina management, has been recently chosen by Gruppo Mirabella SG, the large scale Italian construction company involved in real estate, resort development as well as management, to operate Marina di Pinetamare located on the Domitia Coast in southern Italy.

Marina di Pinetamare

Located on the coast 45km north west of Naples, Marina di Pinetamare forms part of the wider revitalisation project of the Domitia Coast. With construction expected to commence in early 2013 with a build programme of approximately 3 years, the €160m marina is a key component of what will be the largest tourism development project in Italy and one of the most important in Europe. The Domitia Coast is set to become an indulgent, leisure playground, with a large emphasis on golf, which includes four 18-hole courses and multiple resorts, as well as the new marina development.

CNM will assume full operation and marina management of the 1,200 berth marina and 756,500m2 site following their work on the design, technical, and sales and marketing elements of the project between now and opening. Like all C&N Marinas, Marina di Pinetamare will be a full service, luxury marina providing customers not only with standard facilities such as washrooms, internet, water and electricity but also 36 superyacht berths up to 120m, two refuelling pontoons, a helipad, fully serviced boatyard, extensive undercover dry stack and other additional services. There will also be numerous bars, restaurants, retail areas and ferry services to Ischia, Capri, Sardinia and Sicily. CNM will focus on incorporating Marina di Pinetamare into their portfolio of luxury marinas, and driving worldwide sales through integrated marketing.
