Going above and beyond standard regulations to accommodate students with physical disabilities, Oliver Hazard Perry Rhode Island (OHPRI) has appointed Robie Pierce (Newport, R.I.) the Accessibility Director for Rhode Island’s Education at Sea school ship SSV Oliver Hazard Perry.
