The data just unveiled by the ShowBoats International’s Global Order Book 2015 shows that Cantiere delle Marche (CdM) is the leader in the explorer yacht market. Six yachts are currently under construction at the Ancona-based Italian shipyard, including Darwin Class and Nauta Air yachts flagships.
Three Darwin Class yachts currently in build – motor yacht Darwin 86’, Darwin 102’ and superyacht Darwin 107’ – are expected to be launched this summer. The brand new Darwin 107’ will be showcased at the upcoming European boat shows, while the all-new Darwin Class 102’, especially configured for navigation in the Pacific Ocean, is destined for the US market, and will be displayed at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2015.
The shipyard is also working on the construction of the new motor yacht Nauta Air 108’, beautifully designed by Nauta Design. In addition to the usual Explorer Yacht features such as remarkable seaworthiness or transpacific autonomy, she will feature generous exterior spaces and a beautiful customized interior, penned by renowned Italian designers.
CdM has also announced that important negotiations are presently underway for three 100ft + yachts to be commissioned.
