The centrepiece of Christophe Harbour will be a 300 acre marina and mega yacht harbour that is naturally protected by mountain peaks and the calm waters of the Caribbean Sea. The marina will accommodate small crafts as well as mega yachts ranging from 85 to 300 feet in length. All vessels will be able to utilise the marina’s state-of-the-art facilities and services while yacht owners, captains and their guests will have access to a private club, a full concierge and hospitality services. Christophe Harbour will be a designated port of entry with streamlined Customs and Immigration services.
To compliment the marina village, a variety of real estate opportunities exist across the development which include beachfront, harborside and hillside homesites. Sandy Bank Bay, the debut residential neighborhood, is set along a horseshoe bay with two reefs and a natural sand bank. The bay is a marine sanctuary which will remain free of boat moorings to ensure sea life and property views are protected.
Slated for completion in 2013, Christophe Harbour will open an 18-hole golf course designed by world famous architect Tom Fazio. The course is routed for play across the volcanic hills 500 feet about sea level to maximize the views and down along the harbour. Tom Fazio has designed more than 200 golf courses around the world.

The resort’s master developer, Christophe Harbour Development Company, Limited (CHDC), is managing the marina’s development as well as the overall development of Christophe Harbour. The Robert L. Bradshaw Airport on St. Kitts is a 15‐minute drive from the marina. Direct flights into St. Kitts are available from the following cities: Atlanta, Charlotte, London, Miami, New York, Philadelphia and San Juan. Regional carriers serve St. Kitts from San Juan and neighboring islands. Private‐aircraft travelers can take advantage of the airport’s expedited Customs and Immigration services.
Christophe Harbour recently introduced yacht berths for sale at an initial Founders price of $10,000 (USD) per foot. A few berths – ranging from 197 feet to 240 feet – are still available.
Additional berths will be available for transient vessels.
