Clements Marine has just shipped their 2 largest P Brackets that they have cast at their own foundry in Bedfordshire. With a cast weight of 1.1 tonnes each and standing nearly 1.8 metres high the brackets have been built for RINA rules. The brackets were delivered to Amartech for a 46m twin screw motor yacht
The P Brackets are cast nickel aluminum bronze fully machined and finished.
Clements Marine Sales Manager, Michael Major said, “We were delighted to receive this order. We have been manufacturing our products to very high standards for various certification associations around the world. Our propellers are already in use in thrusters on superyachts and now we have produced these propeller shaft brackets for a 46m motor yacht, which shows our capability to provide the best propulsion solutions for vessels from small workboats to leisure craft through to the superyacht market.”
Despite the economic conditions Clements Marine have increased their workforce this year in order to meet customer demands and are continuing to see a steady stream of enquiries. A higher percentage of orders are now coming from overseas and they have recently shipped their first order to a Far Eastern Navy.
