Geert Kuijpers has been recently appointed as new Commercial Manager by Holland Jachtbouw. He brings with him a world of experience and knowledge in the sailing industry, having recently been actively involved with the expansion of Hall Spars in Europe.
Highlights in his career included working with various IMS racing yachts, TP 52s and a number of Mini Maxi, Volvo Ocean Race and America’s Cup campaigns. He has raced in many Rolex regattas, along with the Caribbean circuit and Copa del Rey.
Currently Geert lives in the South of France with his wife and small children and speaks French, English and German along with his native Dutch. He holds a Bachelor degree in Port and Transport Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Quality Management.
Geert is very much looking forward to his new role with Holland Jachtbouw and explained, “It is always rewarding to be with a successful company during its growth period, and I am delighted to be working alongside a team of the very best in the industry.
