Great progress on luxury yacht Serenity was made on April 15, 2014 when the main deck was successfully de-molded and has been placed on the hull with very few modifications required. This was accomplished without a re-fit of the deck/hull interface. This was done with a first-time design.
This new 133 foot long trideck motoryacht model is the Noblestar “Terrazza” edition. The design is notable with its pioneering fixed balconies fore and aft on two decks. The Serenity yacht is designed to be powered by twin diesel electric engines. Bulbous bow is calculated to slice through the world’s oceans at a top speed of 18 knots, to operate at a 15 knot cruise for long voyages and can travel over 3,000 nautical miles at 12 knots. She is being built to RINA Class and MCA standards and outfitted with the most advanced equipment, tenders, and toys to be successful in the highest competition charter trade.
With a length of 41 meters and a beam of 8 meters, her internal volume is plainly enormous bringing with it a great deal of versatility in the options available to the internal designers. The interior layout and materials selection of the Serenity superyacht was customized as per the owner’s request. This superyacht features no less than six staterooms including the owner’s stateroom which is located on the main deck and four guest cabins on the lower deck. The owner’s cabin is located on the main deck in consideration for the privacy of the owner. The main deck houses a full beam saloon with a entertainment area at the aft deck. The generous crew quarter features 3 sizable cabins with crew mess in the forward section of the yacht.
Luxury yacht Serenity is scheduled to be delivered to the owner in 2015 and IAG is proud and excited by what they are creating for the yachting world today. The yard faithfully believes she will become another shining star on the water created by IAG.
