Design Unlimited has announced the appointment of Nicola Brook to boost the interior design studio’s resources in devising colours schemes and fabric selection.

Originally from Yorkshire, Nicola moved south to study for a BA in textile design at the Winchester School of Art before starting work at Design Unlimited. A keen dinghy sailor in her spare time, in 2010 Nicola was a member of the crew that took third place in the SB3 World Championships at Lake Garda.
Design Unlimited has started 2011 with a busy schedule and Nicola’s appointment reflects the sense of renewed activity that is flowing through the industry. “We feel cautiously optimistic about the year ahead,” said DU’s Mark Tucker. “Both the custom and production yards are predicting stronger order books for 2011 as buyers become more confident, and we are starting to see that flowing through. Nicola is a welcome addition to the Design Unlimited team and we have no doubt that she will make a valuable contribution across a wide range of projects. ”
Design Unlimited specialises in yacht interior design and exterior styling for both custom and production yachts.
