The Chinese shipyard, IAG Yachts, has attended the just concluded Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS), unveiling more details about its Noble Star 140 motor yacht Serenity, previously known as King Baby. Featuring naval architecture by Sergio Cutolo and exterior design by Evan K. Marshall, the latest 140-foot all composite superyacht Serenity is due to be launched and delivered to her new American Owner in late 2014. The composite hull for the new Serenity was successfully de-moulded in August 2013.
Noble Star 140 superyacht Serenity will provide spacious and elegant accommodation to up to 12 guests in 5 cabins, including a full-beam master suite on the main deck, along with two double and two twin cabins with Pullmans on the lower deck. Guests will be looked after by a crew of 7, sleeping in a captain´s cabin and three twin cabins.
To be built in fiberglass, the 140ft superyacht Serenity will be run by twin MTU 12V 4000 M73L engines, providing her a maximum speed of 21 knots and a cruising speed of 17 knots. She will be RINA classed.
