Doyle Sails is once again attending the Monaco Yacht Show, being on hand on New Zealand Street. With the event’s new layout this year, the Street has moved to a new location on the Darse Sud Exterieure, with Doyle on Stand QSE3. At the event, the company is promoting their new Stratis Sail Art sails, already supplied to a wide range of luxury vessels over the past year, including the 46m Royal Huisman sailing yacht Elfje, the 56m charter yacht Red Dragon, the 60m Perini Navi mega yacht Perseus3, the 44m charter yacht Mari Cha III, as well as the 45m Holland Jachtbouw Heureka. New contracts include the sails for a 56m ketch under construction at Royal Huisman and the 33,5m sailing yacht Hull 1012 by Yachting Developments.
The new Stratis Sail Art is proving a popular option for superyachts looking for distinctive art work on their sails. As well as offering unrivalled clarity of image, Stratis Sail Art also provides weight saving benefits for performance focused yachts, with the printed image remarkably lighter than the painted equivalent. Samples of the company’s full range, including Sail Art and Stratis ICE, are also on display at the stand.
At the event, Matt Bridge, Superyacht Sail Co-ordinator, is representing the loft, along with representatives from other Doyle lofts including Doyle Palma, Doyle Italy and Doyle Salem. The newest member of the NZ sales team, Simon Lacey, is also at the Show. Simon is undoubtedly a familiar name to many in the superyacht industry having captained superyachts including the J Class yacht Endeavour and Velsheda superyacht.
