Echo Yachts has delivered Australia’s largest motor catamaran CHARLEY 2 who is now on her maiden voyage from Fremantle to her new home port of Singapore. The 56m (183’9”) catamaran was created with naval architects One2Three and manufactured at Echo Yacht’s facility in Henderson, Western Australia.

The design focusses on ensuring hull optimisation for maximum operational efficiency, enabling engine power reduction of 40% while only minimising the top speed from 20 to 18 knots. Plus there is 50% greater internal volume then her predecessor with an extremely spacious layout both inside and out.
Comfortable and practical main salon
She has a large 12m custom-built catamaran tender housed on an upgraded launch and retrieval platform at the stern with full walk-around access, making cleaning and maintenance much easier.
Guest suite with flexible accommodation
The catamaran is equipped with a helicopter touch & go pad suitable for an Airbus EC130 helicopter, plus a dive store, decompression chamber and specialist sonar equipment on the 12m tender for wreck finding and diving adventures.
