Australia-based shipbuilder Echo Yachts and One2Three Naval Architects have presented the new range of Active-foiling Trimaran Sports Motoryachts. The range will include 28m, 30m, 38m and 40m models, with every each of them benefitting from hydrodynamic efficiency, fuel and emissions reductions, inherent stability, ride comfort and stability while underway and at anchor.
Naiad Dynamics latest active-foiling ride control system combined with proven foiling multihull technology, designed by One2Three Naval Architects ensures comfortable and smooth cruising at a speed of over 30 knots. A shallow draft provides options for cruising in the shallow waters and exploring remote areas.
The largest models in the range, TSY38 with a twin-engine and TSY40 with a triple engine will prove their high-performance capability with a top speed of 32 knots and 40 knots respectively.
With contemporary styling and an expansive beam, both 38m and 40m models will be able to sleep eight guests across four cabins, and the crew of eight members in the crew quarters. The spacious interior and exterior living areas will add to the ultimate experience aboard the new trimarans.
The success of the award-winning luxury trimaran WHITE RABBIT delivered in 2019, provided Echo Yachts with an opportunity to offer innovative solutions to the 25-50m market segment.
