On February 15th, at the Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard in Ancona, the latest addition to the Custom Line Navetta 30 series – motor yacht GINDUNGO, the sixteenth of its kind, was launched into the water. This superyacht draws inspiration from the lively essence of the Angolan chilli pepper, embodying qualities of excellence and good fortune.
Measuring 28.43 meters in length with a beam of 7.3 meters, the luxury yacht GINDUNGO is a masterpiece of maritime craftsmanship, boasting comfort, safety, customization, and seaworthiness as its defining attributes. The collaborative effort between the Product Strategy Department for exterior styling, the Ferretti Group Engineering Department, renowned design firms ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel for interior architecture, with consultation from the Custom Line Atelier for interior design, and Filippo Salvetti for exteriors, has resulted in a vessel that exudes timeless elegance.
The exterior design of GINDUNGO showcases a seamless integration of horizontal lines, accentuating its sleek silhouette while optimizing performance and fuel efficiency. With a four-deck layout, the yacht offers ample onboard spaces, perfect for socializing and relaxation, enhanced by large glazed surfaces providing panoramic views and a direct connection to the surrounding waters.
Inside, the yacht boasts a harmonious blend of classic and contemporary design elements, incorporating refined carbon detailing and exclusive textures in custom claddings. Reflecting the owner’s preferences for a ‘sporty chic’ ambience, the interior features premium materials such as nubuck leather, American walnut, Calacatta Gold and Sahara Noir marble, quartz, and silver grey beola stone, creating a luxurious atmosphere.
A carefully curated palette of colours, ranging from pale neutrals to deeper tones of tobacco and chocolate, along with accents of green in select cabins and furnishings, adds vibrancy and character to the yacht’s aesthetic, making M/Y GINDUNGO an inviting and sophisticated retreat on the water.
