This 140 metre Espen Oeino designed super yacht will feature impressive 7 decks with 6 pools, her construction will take place in Muggiano (La Spezia) in Italy at the Fincantieri shipyard. Her interior is designed by the Paris based designer Alberto Pinto.
At 140 metres long, Hull No. 6218, the project “Victory” yacht, to the best knowledge of the company, is the first mega yacht over 100 metres ordered since the onset of the financial crisis in October 2008. She was Introduced by Camper & Nicholsons International, who will represent the Client throughout the construction.
Based on a new, unique concept which is the brainchild of the Monaco based naval design architect Espen Oeino and the Paris based interior designer Alberto Pinto, the mega yacht “Victory” has been developed by the Fincantieri Yachts team – the unit specifically devoted to this business area within the Fincantieri Group – to meet the requirements of the owner in full.
Motor Yacht “Victory” has been designed, and will be built, to meet SOLAS regulations (the International Convention on Safety of Life at Sea) and will be one of the world’s most advanced vessels in terms of safety on board. The new Fincantieri mega yacht will have everything an owner may wish for since it embodies high technological content, close attention to detail in her interior furnishings and expertly crafted décor. In short, a top-of-the range yacht for quality and performance with 7 decks, 6 pools of up to 8 metres long and an internal floodable dock for a 14-metre tender. Great attention will be given to implementing environmentally friendly solutions. There is no doubt that when she is delivered the megayacht “Victory” will be one of the world’s most – and possibly the most – technically advanced mega yacht in the world.
Giovanni Romano, head of Fincantieri Yachts, commented:
