Italian shipyard Ferretti Yachts has launched its first vessel of the year from the Cattolica shipyard: the Ferretti Yachts 780 motor yacht CLUB B.
Built for a Maltese Owner, the Ferretti Yachts 780 CLUB B is the 36th hull of the popular model. She is a collaboration between the Strategic Product Committee led by Mr Piero Ferrari and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department with interior design by Ideaitalia.
The interiors are designed to evoke the traditional colours of Ischia and combine brushed oak with walnut and Carrara marble for a refined environment suited as much to special occasions as for everyday living.
The exterior is furnished with custom sofas designed by Roda exclusively for Ferretti Yachts for contemporary comfort and timeless style. Notable features include a fold-down sofa/sunbed on the aft swim platform, a broad sunbed on the foredeck and shaded alfresco dining and lounging spots on the main deck aft and flybridge.
The model uses twin MAN V8 1200 engines to achieve a top speed of 28 knots and a fast cruising speed of 24 knots.
The launch of the 36th Ferretti Yachts 780 CLUB B comes less than three weeks after a fire broke out aboard another luxury yacht under construction. The shipyard is back up and running, and anticipating the launch of their latest flagship, the Ferretti Yachts 1000 luxury yacht, in just a few days.
