During this year’s Monaco Yachts Show, Turquoise Yachts presented five new superyacht projects, ranging from traditional to cutting edge avant garde, and boasting the world’s most prestigious designers with layouts, onboard facilities and interior design, to suit individual lifestyle choices. Varying in size from 47m to 81m, these luxury motor yacht projects have been magnificently penned by H2, Andrew Winch, Cor D. Rover and Vitruvius. Delivery on some of these projects will be as early as 2016.
TURQUOISE 81m Yacht Project
The exterior lines of the Turquoise 81m superyacht project by Andrew Winch mix up a sleek and elegant superstructure with a strong looking hull, while its long sheerline adds to the balanced look of the vessel.
The main deck of the Turquoise 81 mega yacht project hosts guest accommodation that benefits from large windows and ample daylight through a fully glazed recess in the full-beam hull. Moreover, the main deck aft with a large infinity edge pool becomes an amazing beach deck. The adjoining main deck lounge transforms into an extension of the informal beach deck, while the upper deck lounge offers a more elegant setting along with the indoor/outdoor dining aft.
The owner’s suite can be found on the upper deck forward and is fitted with a fully private walk- around deck with forward exterior seating and Jacuzzi. A second master or VIP suite can be also added to the bridge deck, if required. This allows for an entire private aft deck terrace off an amazingly generous cabin, while the exterior access to the open sundeck leads past this on the port side.
The top deck of the Turquoise 81m luxury yacht project is also accessible via the interior elevator, which serves all five accommodation decks and offers space for exterior dining and BBQ areas, as well as sun bathing and relaxing in two shaded cozy recesses incorporated into the superstructure.
TURQUOISE 80m Yacht Project
The Turquoise 80m superyacht project features well-proportioned and balanced lines with generous living space onboard for the owners, while remaining intimate. The profile of the vessel is marked by the distinctive lines of the Vitruvius family, with a streamlined design, as well as a sensation of transparency in the superstructure through the substantial use of glass in the living spaces.
The layout of the Turquoise 80m mega yacht project is centred on the owner’s apartments. A huge stateroom on the upper deck providing fantastic views is coupled with a private lounge and an office. It also provides direct access to the helipad and boasts a wrap-around private terrace with jacuzzi. In addition, there are 6 guest cabins, including two convertible VIP cabins, all positioned on the main deck.
The lower deck of the Turquoise 80m luxury yacht project hosts a breath-taking spa area with a sauna, hamam, hydrotherapy room and massage rooms, while an amazing beach club can be found aft. Moreover, the aft deck area surrounds the main swimming pool, and the 140m2 sun deck offers both shelter and sunbathing areas to suit all needs.
TURQUOISE 77m Yacht Project
Based on the design foundation of the highly successful 72m mega yacht VICKY, the Turquoise 77m superyacht VICTORY project has a sleek and clean profile with an arch that stretches from the bow and runs all the way around the vessel.
The owner’s suite can be found behind the wheelhouse with her fixed balconies. The original design areas of the interior have been modified to include a beautiful new beach club in the aft, including folding platforms that provide direct sea access for the ultimate in contemporary living.
TURQUOISE 47m Yacht Project
Developed in collaboration with H2 Yacht Design, the Turquoise 47m superyacht project has fresh, clean and sharp lines – modern, but at the same time elegant and timeless. The vessel boasts lifestyle features normally found on much larger vessels. These include a beach club with access to an extended swim platform, extra-large hull windows providing fantastic views from the owner’s suite and a revised foredeck arrangement for tenders and toys.
The sun deck of the Turquoise 47m luxury yacht project hosts a centrally located spa pool with extensive seating and a bar, while the main deck features an elegant main saloon and dining area. There is also the option to relax and entertain in the full-beam upper deck lounge, a vast multi-functional space for all the family.
The lower deck offers two generous VIP suites and two Guest Cabins, all of which feature pullman bunks for extra accommodation. An extra cabin can be found behind the bridge to provide additional guest accommodation, when required.
Interiors of the Turquoise 47m motor yacht project feature subtle decorative detailing layered upon a minimalist backdrop. This sleek contemporary look mixes up a predominantly pale palette with touches of rich dark timbers, specialist finishes and elegant polished stainless detailing.
The Turquoise 47m yacht project is set to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2016.
TURQUOISE 40m and 46m Range of Yachts
The new all-aluminium 40m and 46m range of yachts designed by Cor D. Rover and Van Oossanen Naval Architects excel in timeless but contemporary looks and layouts, unparalleled (green) performance figures and the top level build quality that Turquoise is known for.
A total of four different luxury yacht designs with four very different configurations can be chosen all based on the standardised and patented Fast Displacement Hull Form (FDHF) platform. Clients are able to choose from different proposed interior styles ranging from Classic to Contemporary to Extremely Lavish. Two of the four layouts are so unique they offer more of a real estate quality and privacy of owners and VIP staterooms normally only found on 50m+ yachts.
