Eager sailor as well as renowned yacht designer, Frank Mulder, has become a new member of the Jongert sales department. He boasts in-depth knowledge of the industry, extensive network and impressive track record of superyacht deliveries.
Frank, who has handed over his successful business Mulder Design to his two sons, is seeking new challenges in partnership with Jongert. The short lines of communication between Mulder Design and Jongert will also enable the yard to respond swiftly to client requests and assist the Jongert Design Team, naval architects and interior designers in firmly establishing the new Jongert lines.
The initial conversations reinforced Frank’s wide knowledge of Jongert, including the finer details of the yard’s history and rich understanding of all Jongert’s key characteristics. With a broad vision of the future and the wind in their sails, the two parties are looking forward to a successful partnership together.
With Frank now at the helm of Jongert commercial activities, daily operations will be managed by COO Louwerens Hoving, who joined the yard a year ago. Passionate about everything to do with yachting, Louwerens has an impressive CV that includes being manager of projects at Feadship for its XL series, project manager at Vitters and six years at sea serving as an engineer and deck officer. Owners of a Jongert will enjoy being able to tap in to his expertise and understanding of how a superyacht is run.
