Argo, the new stunning exploration yacht, is a joint project of bespoke Italian shipyard Rossinavi and superyacht interior and exterior designer Ken Freivokh.
The concept, originally designed by Ken Freivokh, was developed from the initial idea of building a 42 metre explorer yacht. Scandinavian Marine, a yacht construction and management firm, then introduced Ken Freivokh to Rossinavi. A combination of technical expertise, outstanding design ideas and vision of all the parties created the 48-metre Argo.
Some outstanding features of Argo include spacious exterior deck, full navigation autonomy, roomy storage areas, a crane which can launch tenders and a personal submarine, and excellent visibility from the bridge deck, making Argo a amazing explorer yacht and support vessel. In addition to that, a helicopter deck adds to her proud status of an explorer yacht.
Despite great technical and design features, this go-anywhere superyacht offers luxury accommodation for up to 12 guests, which includes full-beam master cabin on the owner’s deck, a VIP suite (which can be used as a double cabin for guests), a study room and an option of having a further family or nanny cabin. The staircase from the owner’s deck leads up to Argo’s observation deck opening incredible 360-degree views. According to an owner’s preferences, relaxation area could possibly be extended with having a beach club instead of a big garage, therefore, placing tenders and toys on the aft deck.
Due to full-displacement hull design the best cruising range of 5,000 nm should be permitted while providing a smooth cruising experience in terms of manoeuvrability and noise reduction.
