H2 Yacht Design has been successfully nominated for the International Yacht & Aviation Award 2015 with motor yacht Turquoise. Superyacht Turquoise will compete in the ‘Power Yacht Refit over 30 metres’ category at the fifth annual awards.
Designed to turn heads, the breathtaking 181 ft/55.4m custom motor yacht Turquoise was built in 2011 by Proteksan Turquoise. Under her new owner, Turquoise has undergone a considerable interior refit in 2014. Her luxurious, contemporary interior was conceived by the award winning team at H2 Yacht Design. The Refit was done in Italy, Genoa at Amico. Amico worked on all Exterior changes and MVS & Associates were the interior contractors.
Turquoise yacht’s interior layout sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 staterooms, including a master suite, 1 VIP stateroom, 3 double cabins, and 1 twin cabin. She carries 12 crew on board to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience. Elegant styling, beautiful furnishings and sumptuous seating feature throughout her living areas to create a tactile and comfortable environment to relax in. The Spaces, both exterior and interior, have been designed to accommodate as much human interaction as possible, to create a nice family atmosphere.
Luxury yacht Turquoise’s impressive leisure and entertainment facilities make her the ideal charter yacht for socialising and entertaining with family and friends. The sun deck, with its oversized spa pool that comfortably accommodates 12 people, offers a huge, sinuously curving relaxation area that is paved with sun pads, as well as a bar and L-shaped settees under the shade of the radar arch.
M/Y Turquoise’s new owner requested that H2 Yacht Design refit the yacht with a more Plush look inspired by M/Y Talisman Maiton due to the fact that they have chartered M/Y Talisman Maiton (designed by H2) a few times and loved how she worked. The yacht has been designed for luxury yacht charter, the owners were avid charterers prior to this purchase. They loved how Talisman Maiton operated. They loved the crew also, so some ex Maiton crew have been brought in. This is to help give their clients the same treatment they received in a new refreshing interior.
