Hakvoort Shipyard currently has two Superyacht projects, namely Project 246 and Project 247 currently in the Hakvoort sheds and under construction.
Hakvoort Project YN 246 is a 44.9m superyacht designed with a displacement-type hull shape, flared V-sections in the bow, large overhangs, a moderate deadrise amidships, a canoe stern and low overall lines.
When completed, Project YN 246 will feature a lavish sundeck, comfortable lower deck, a well-appointed owner’s deck and a spacious main deck. The owner’s deck and the main deck of Superyacht YN246 will have lounges connected to open aft decks. The well-equipped galley on the main deck will be connected to both decks above by a service stairway and dumbwaiter. The dining room onboard project 246 will provide seating for up to 12 people. She will also feature accommodation for 12, in 6 cabins, all with luxurious ensuite facilities. The full-beam owner’s stateroom will feature beautiful his and her bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes.
With a range of 5,000 nm and maximum speed of 14 knots, project 246 will be suitable for cruising all over the world.
In January the hull of YN 246 was launched and transported to Monnickendam. Due to the icy circumstances she was on hold in Zaandam but finally arrived safely at the yard and entered the shed.

The latest hull is project Hakvoort is undertaking is project YN 247. The 39.7m displacement Superyacht YN247 is built in steel and aluminium with naval architecture, construction and engineering design by Diana Yacht Design with exterior and the interior styling by Reymond Langton Design Ltd.
The YN247 motor yacht will be able to accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 cabins including a full-beam master stateroom and owner’s study on the main deck. The remaining 8 guests will enjoy first class accommodation in four cabins, with dedicated quarters for the captain and four crew members. Project YN247 will feature a special garage for the tender in the lazarette, which will be located just aft of the engine room. A folding out swimming platform at the stern will have four underwater lights.
Motor yacht YN247 will be powered by two 500kw Caterpillar engines giving her a top speed of 12.7 knots.
