The Dutch shipyard, Heesen is proud to announce the delivery of the 56m Steel FDHF superyacht GALVAS to her owners. The yacht, which was fully custom made under Project NEPTUNE and hull number YN 18556 features exterior lines by Jonny Horsfield of H2 Yacht Design and was created on the yard’s proven FDHF Steel Class platform of 55 metres.
GALVAS boasts latest in technology with beautifully striking exterior lines with horizontal design elements, including hull windows and swooping lines coming down on both decks, bringing attention to the yacht’s length. The yacht is characterised by elegant curves with a contemporary feel. Tenders are stored on the forward deck, covered by hatches, making them invisible from the profile.
Accommodation on board is provided for up to twelve guests in six beautifully designed cabins. The elegant and welcoming interiors were designed by Reymond Langton, incorporating custom artworks by DKT.
GALVAS is powered by two MTU 8V 4000 M63 engines reaching a top speed of 15.5 knots, while her cruising speed is 13 knots with a range of 3,100 nautical miles.
