Heirlooms are proud to announce that they will be present at the Coronation Festival in The Gardens at BUCKINGHAM PALACE to celebrate the 60th anniversary of The Queen’s Coronation.
Located in West Sussex, Heirlooms are a unique British manufacturer of the finest bed, table and bathroom linens. Established in 1984 to provide linens of lasting beauty, their name has become synonymous with quality, durability and the very finest fabrics, all hand crafted to perfection. Heirlooms have an exceptionally dedicated team of designers, experienced cutters, machinists and embroiderers all of whom share the company’s passion for excellence. Their client base includes Royalty, Superyachts, private aircraft, private residences and boutique hotels.
As part of their showcase, Heirlooms will be displaying a selection of their most popular bed and table linens including Classic Stripe, Shine contrast border and commemorative napkins and placemats monogrammed with the festival logo as a memento of this remarkable occasion. In addition they will preview a selection of their very latest designs ahead of the formal launch at the Monaco Yacht Show in September.
As well as providing the opportunity to purchase readymade items at the event, the Heirlooms team will be available to discuss any bespoke requirements from prospective clients and explain the process in which you can select designs and styles to suit your own requirements whether a home, yacht or as a personalised gift.
Heirlooms will also be providing their creative expertise and craftsmanship by contributing linens to an eco-fantasy room set entitled ‘The Castle on the Loch’ working in conjunction with KLC School of Design, Media 10 and Studio Wick.
Heirlooms and Studio Wick have worked together to create the materials for the sensational canopy which will encase the bed with a luxurious billowing cloud effect providing seclusion, softness and romance.
The Jasmine collection for the bed linens was inspired by merging the elegance of fine hemstitch detail with a colourful inset border which complements the overall colour scheme of the room. The Jasmine design provides a subtle hint of colour radiating through the rows of hemstitch adding a depth of sophistication and simplicity to create a romantic look and feel to the linens and room set.
The final touch of luxurious softness will be the addition of a cashmere throw draped over the bed. The Arran cashmere is woven by experienced craftspeople using the very finest raw material exclusively produced using Scottish and Italian yarns.
Heirlooms Ltd was awarded the Queens Royal Warrant in 2005 and the Prince of Wales Feathers in January 2012 and its prestigious Royal appointment now sees Heirlooms join over 200 Royal Warrant Holders at this unique event.
“We are delighted to be part of The Coronation Festival this summer and it will provide a wonderful platform to showcase our collection of fine bed and table linens to further develop our international business” commented Ruth Douglas General Manager, Heirlooms.
