Horizon utilizes NDT to help finding and eliminating structural defects that may have occurred deep inside a vessel, allowing to guarantee the quality of the vessels and build process.
Since adopting NDT, Horizon has established the best methods for their yacht inspections: “Ultrasonic” and “Lockin Thermography” – both methods utilize high-end equipment to assist in implementing the inspection, and qualified technicians are required to be certified and notarized by a third party in order to use any equipment.
