Motor yacht YN199, the second unit of Moonen Martinique series, has had her hull and superstructure joined, with the project being on time for delivery in summer 2020. Penned by Rene van der Velden, she features a modern look with naval architecture by Diana Yacht Design. Stylish and elegant interiors are the work of Studio Indigo.
After the financial hardship, the shipyard was bought over and saved from bankruptcy in August 2019. Since then, the production is back on track, intending to minimise delays.
Accommodation for 12 guests is provided across six cabins, while the crew quarters can sleep seven staff members.
Reduced fuel consumption and low noise, as well as minimized vibration level, make YN199 a comfortable yacht for cruising various destinations. Her maximum speed is impressive – 16.5 knots.
YN199 is being built on the same platform as motor yacht BRIGADOON, delivered earlier this year. The third unit of Moonen Martinique series is currently under construction.
YN199 will be attending the yacht shows in Cannes and Monaco next summer.
