37.4m (122’9”) luxury yacht YN205, from Moonen Yachts’ Martinique 122 range, has reached a construction milestone as her hull is turned. The hull is the seventh in the series, with construction taking place at Moonen’s Talsma Shipyard in the Netherlands.
The Martinique is a collaboration between Diana Yacht Design, award-winning exterior designer René van der Velden and a custom interior designed by the young and talented team at Hollander Yacht Design.
She has a fast-displacement hull built from strong and lightweight High Tensile Steel, giving her a top speed of 17 knots and a full-load draft of 2.15m (7ft), great for cruising around shallow waters. With a range of 4,000 nautical miles she can easily take on transatlantic voyages and has proven ocean-going performance.
YN205 is due for completion in April 2025, but if you are inspired by the project, then Moonen have yachts available for charter all over the world.
