Icon Yachts has officially revealed the 84m/2275ft motor yacht ICON280, a vessel created by famed British designer Tim Heywood with naval architecture from Van Oossanen Naval Architects.
The high quality build from the Dutch shipyard will be ready in just 24 months and Owners have the opportunity to personalise the interior at this stage in the build.
The accommodation hosts up to 19 guests (12 when used for commercial purposes) over seven lavish suites, the highlight of which is the 126m²/1356ft² Master suite on the upper deck that has 270° panoramic views as well as private side terraces. After the Owners have explored the region’s natural beauty by tender and the water toys, the group can return and rejuvenate in the hammam and sauna or the eight-person Jacuzzi placed upon the Sundeck. A helipad and main deck aft infinity pool further enhance guests’ enjoyment of life on board.
Interior and exterior designer Tim Heywood described how the L.O.A increased by another 8 metres (26 feet) as the design progressed:
“…The more developed design now boast[s] a touch-and-go Heli Deck and larger infinity pool aft, all benefiting from naval architecture by Van Oossanen, and the experienced engineering input and superb covered building facilities of the ICON yard in northern Holland The ICON280 is a yacht of the very best quality, ready to sail anywhere in the world.”
Superyacht ICON280 will be available for delivery in Spring/Summer 2020 and more images are expected to be released shortly.
