Measuring impressive 74 meters in length over all, the breath-taking LOFT Yacht Concept has been beautifully designed by industrial design graduate, Luis Felipe Rocco, from Brazil.

All started with the idea of developing a great new yacht concept, with the priority of creating a large play area in the stern with a large swimming pool and lounge area with wide view of the sea and with the challenge of having a great clearance between floors.  “I like this area because it is more sheltered from winds and inclement weather of nature,” explains Luis Felipe Rocco. The design would then have to be completely different from the already designed today.

The beach club located aft comprises an infinity pool seven feet long by three wide and surrounded by sun bathing chairs and a nice lounge. The ambiance has a ceiling that has the passage of natural light through windows installed in the upstairs floor.

Accommodations aboard motor yacht Loft74 concept were created for 14 guests and arranged in a large master suite, two “lofts suites” and four luxurious suites with walk in closet and spacious bathrooms. Located on the upper deck and occupying an area of 124m² and a full beam of the vessel, the large master suite also has a private office and more two balconies where the owners can enjoy the cool night breeze or let the sun’s light pour in.

The unedited and modern suites Lofts, have access at main deck and have a private room, closet and standing straight double wide outside view. As shown in the illustrations, the interior consists in a minimalist approach with modern lines in pastel shades.

The guest lounge is spacious and joins with the panoramic elevator serving all floors. In the upper deck is also a dining table up to 16 people together with the piano lounge.

A large lounge area located in front of the wheel house was created half floor below, generating more privacy to its guests.

Among the various entertainment options aboard superyacht Loft74, complete gym with spa pool located on Sundeck, library on the main deck and spa and cinema up to 8 people located on the lower deck. Jetskies, tenders and even a submarine can be part of the fun. A helipad is located in the bow of the vessel.

LOFT yacht and their guests are served by 26 crew accommodated in 13 comfortable suites. The kitchen is also located on the lower deck, a lift serves all floors.

Luxury yacht LOFT concept is designed to be manufactured with steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with a total length of 74 meters, beam 13 meters and draft with 3.7 meters.
