Greenline Yacht Interiors (GLYI) is delighted to announce that they have successfully completed the interior outfitting for the outstanding 141-metre motor yacht YAS. Representing the eighth largest superyacht in the world, luxury mega yacht YAS was built at the Abu Dhabi Mar Shipyard, part of Privinvest Group.

Under the new terms and agreement signed in the middle of 2013, over and above its original scope of work, GLYI also took over the scope of work previously commenced by other subcontractors and performed the complete Interior Outfitting on the prestigious 141-metre superyacht YAS.

The Jacques Pierrejean-designed luxury yacht YAS features an ultra modern design with pearlescent finishes and exquisite stone and leather works being the standout features. The interior of YAS yacht has been constructed based on technologically advanced standards, thus including both the manufacturing methodologies and the materials, and to the high quality that the industry has come to expect from GLYI.

Currently under production in Greenlines’ sprawling factory are the interiors of several projects including the Andrew Winch-designed Newcastle 177 Expedition Yacht, the PORSCHE-designed RFF 135 Fast Catamarans Series yacht and the 45m Sailing Yacht “Samurai” under construction at the reputed Royal Huisman Shipyard, in Vollenhove, Holland.

Greenlines’ CEO and Chairman Samir Badro stated that “2014 has been a very productive year for us, we are currently working on several Projects and are glad, and proud at the same time, that the YAS Project has been now successfully completed”.
