ISA Yachts, part of the Palumbo Group, has announced the sale of the first ISA Super Sportivo 100 GTO to a European customer. The first hull in the new series was penned by Architect Marco Casali Too Design, and has a responsive, lightweight hull constructed using epoxy based vinylester resin and reinforced with carbon fibre and Kevlar. Large air intakes further enhance the open yacht’s sporty appearance.
The exterior styling features a tall V-shaped bow that joins with curving bulwarks that slope down towards the stern. There are plenty of glass panels for a light and bright interior, and opening glass panels in the hardtop turn the interior into a more alfresco living space while still enjoying cutting-edge audio-visual entertainments.
The accommodation layout for the model is flexible and is able to provide 3-5 customisable guest cabins to sleep 6-10 guests, in addition to the two crew cabins.
Engineered for speed, the ISA Super Sportivo 100 GTO is capable of a top speed of 50 knots thanks to three 2,000 HP engines.
The vessel is currently under construction at the Ancona shipyard and will be ready for delivery in 2020.
