Itama, a brand of the Ferretti Group, popular for the unique style of its open yachts, reaches another important objective with delivery of the first Itama 45′ yacht tender in Lebanon. Entirely constructed at the shipyards of the Ferretti Group in Forlì, Itama 45′ was officially delivered in La Spezia at the end of July.
This amazing result, achieved through the partnership with the local Itama dealer Sea Pros, confirms the growth of the brand in new extra European markets, with an interesting development potential, such the eastern Mediterranean area. This is a further acknowledgement of the value of Itama 45’ yacht tender, since less than one year has passed from her official launch. This open model was launched on the occasion of the Festival de la Plaisance in Cannes in September 2011.
Itama 45’ is more than 13 meters long and is one of the models that best represent the DNA of the brand, featuring a timeless elegance, a sporty soul and a unique Made in Italy style. This model features sleek and essential lines, typical of the Itama tradition, and a 22° V hull, guaranteeing a perfect sea-keeping performance, also thanks to the propulsion of two 480 hp Cummins engines.
Furthermore, Itama 45’ boat features two absolute innovations for the brand: The retractable passage gangway, integrated in the hull, and the aft swimming platform, which can be lowered to the water to launch and haul the tender.
The interiors, though respecting the main principles of the brand’s philosophy, feature relevant style innovations, such as the strong prevalence of the white colour, i.e. white lacquered wood, with blinds and teak flooring, in contrast with the colour black of the helm station, and a higher comfort of spaces, which better cope with the needs of each single owner, with an unparalleled liveability. In particular, the Itama 45’ features the one-cabin layout, with wider spaces for the dinette and the galley.
“This launch is a very important result for the brand, it shows the interest of emerging markets towards the Made in Italy, perfectly represented by Itama,” declared Giuseppe Mazza, Itama’s Brand Manager. “Thanks to the fruitful collaboration with our local dealer, Sea Pros, we think we can further spread our products in the eastern Mediterranean area, an extremely important market for the nautical sector, where Itama wants to become a major player.”
