Following on from a successful launch at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show earlier this year, Aussie based company JetBoarder is now taking JetBoarding to the World, having had successful launches at the Cannes Boat Show, Monaco Super Yacht Show, & Genoa International Boat Show. In a world first the JetBoarder Team performed on water demonstrations that entertained the Monaco, Cannes and Genoa crowds showing off the Jet Boards amazing speed, power and agility.
The JetBoard is a lightweight, easy to ride, jet propelled water craft, similar to a Jet Ski, making it the perfect accessory for super yachts and water sport enthusiasts. The JetBoard is a stand up rocket ship that launches the rider to a maximum speed of 70 k p/hr, allowing the rider to walk on water, turning by carving into the water similar to surfing, wakeboarding, kite boarding & snowboarding. The thrill of riding a JetBoard is the combination of many sports into one experience. ‘What I love about JetBoarding is it challenges your senses. Both young and old can easily master JetBoarding’. JetBoarding is easy for the novice, yet challenging for the athlete. ‘If you can ride a bike you can ride a JetBoard’. ‘We have a 100% success rate to date.’ advised Chris.
Taking a traditional sit down Jet Ski and squeezing it inside a surfboard, one can only begin to image the Challenges. ‘Many have tried, all have failed’ advised Jet Captain Chris Kanyaro. Following a dream over many years, Chris Kanyaro of JetBoarder advised the challenges were huge. ‘But now we have a product that is truly taking the world by storm. A local boy with a keen interest in water sports, Chris has long believed JetBoarding would add another level of enjoyment to water enthusiasts around the world.
There are currently have two models available, the original model called the Sports Model which is a fun nimble responsive ride, and the recently launched Adventurer, a great all round board for all the family to ride. Both of these models are the perfect accessory for large super yachts but also smaller motor yachts that may not have the space or capability to hold a traditional Jet Ski. Anywhere, anytime waves, rivers or lakes or Oceans, it’s the ‘must have’ water craft of 2011.
