JFA Yachts are excited to announce that their expedition yacht Zeepaard has received the Voyager’s Award 2014 at the World Superyacht Awards. The prestigious award for Zeepaard yacht was handed over during the ceremony, which took place in Amsterdam on May 3.

Motor yacht Zeepaard, designed by Vripack, has been delivered in 2003 by JFA Yachts as Axantha I. This explorer vessel really did an amazing trip! She realised a full world tour following the Equator and going West. The yacht spent 3 years and 3 months sailing from Nice to Nice, visited 39 countries, sailed 50,000 miles.

The owner of superyacht Zeepaard, along with his family and friends, encountered incredible experiences everywhere they went, even in the rather more adventurous ‘pirate zones’, for which they were well prepared.
