Karpaz Gate Marina is an exclusive new development in the Karpaz peninsula of Northern Cyprus. Project managed by Sea-Alliance Group Ltd, a maritime services operation specialising in marina developments, Karpaz Gate Marina will be the first-ever marina to cater specifically for superyachts and will provide the very best repair and refit facilities in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).
The Karpaz Gate Marina is expected to be completed in May next year, and will offer berths for 300 yachts, including 16 for superyachts up to 65m (213ft) in length.

During the summer, significant progress has been made including completion of the main and secondary breakwaters. The backfill of the land in the 18,000sqm dry dock has also been completed work has commenced on the marina buildings.
Karpaz Gate Marina’s inner basin will contain six floating pontoons. The marina is designed for yachts ranging from five meters to mega-yachts of 65 meters. The marina house will be located on the SW corner of the promenade and will include the yacht club, health club, swimming pool, laundry, restaurant, ship chandlery and night club.
On the NE side of the marina there will be a dry dock with a travel lift for up to 300 tons offering a wide variety of services. Karpaz Gate Marina’s dry docks will be one of the largest in the Eastern Mediterranean.
Once completed, Karpaz Gate Marina will become the most important maintenance centre in this part of the Mediterranean and, as a result, is expected to become a highly popular marina destination in the Eastern Mediterranean.
