The Western Mediterranean is the place to be and be seen in the summer, as Kylie Jenner proved when she chartered the sensational 91.5m/300ft superyacht TRANQUILITY along the Amalfi Coast to visit Positano and Capri and the French Riviera in celebration of her 22nd birthday.

Joining her was her one-year-old daughter Stormi Webster and boyfriend Travis Scott, her mother Kris Jenner and her boyfriend Corey Gamble, who had on-hand an incredible array of water toys and beautiful alfresco spaces decorated with fairy lights for the celebration.

On board superyacht Tranquility
This 91.5m/300.2ft luxury yacht from Oceanco is the ultimate indulgent treat for any celebration, and Kylie Jenner would have spent much of her time being pampered in the spa which has a choice of shower-plunge pool, sauna, steam room, massage room and hair salon to prepare her for the ultimate night out or the perfect selfie.

Snaps on board show a fantastic view of the sundeck and upper deck aft as Kylie stands on the stairs to the crow’s nest, revealing the large alfresco lounge and sunbathing area beside the massive spa pool. She also showed off her new birthday makeup range – which launched the day she turned 22 – from the plush sundeck sunbeds.
Inside, the hallways have been covered in white and yellow balloons in celebration, and the stunning contemporary murals, chandeliers and fixtures come from award-winning British studio Winch Design.

As one of the first yachts to be built to Passenger Yacht Code Regulations, M/Y TRANQUILITY can accommodate up to 22 charter guests across 11 en-suite cabins – perfect for any family flying in as well as best friend Anastasia Karanikolaou, Scott Disick and his girlfriend Sofia Richie, and assistant Victoria Villarroell.

Positano
Kylie began her birthday tour in the picturesque town of Positano, where colourful buildings cling to the terraced cliffs and beaches to a backdrop of verdant green mountains are plentiful. It was here that The Talented Mr Ripley was filmed and the town offers up some prime Michelin-quality restaurants as well as boutique shopping opportunities. Ceramica Assunta is one example that attracted the family: The Majolica tiles produced here are one of the most characteristic traditional art forms still going in the country, and they decorate the town squares on the Anacapri side of Capri island.
The straw hats at Carpineto have a celebrity following and Kylie and her mum were spotted each wearing one as the boarded their superyacht to continue their Amalfi Coast cruise, but only after lunch at five-star hotel-restaurant Le Sirenuse. The views from the terrace were too good to pass up for selfies and Kylie snapped a few with her daughter and boyfriend overlooking the superyachts in the harbour and the onion dome of Chiesa di Santa Maria Assunta in the immediate background.

Nerano
Farther along the coast to the west Nerano is fringed with secluded bays, some of which have marvellous sandy beaches and crystal clear waters to tempt adults and children alike.
La Conca del Sogno beach club and restaurant is tucked away from the main town yet still provides easy access via footpath or tender. The stone-carved steps create a flat plateau close to the mesmerising water and the group dined in the picturesque setting before Scott Disick and Sofia Richie broke off to explore Lo Scoglio.
Capri
This island is known for its scenic outdoor attractions, lavish shopping and sensational dining, and Kylie dined beneath a canopy of lemon trees at Da Paolino restaurant, which is a favourite among celebrities. As restaurant staff presented her with a sparkler-topped birthday cake, musicians serenaded her and her table.
The Blue Grotto (Grotta Azzurra) is one of Capri’s main attractions when around midday the sunlight reflects off the limestone bottom of the sea cave to create a shimmering light display on the roof while the water itself appears to glow blue.
The south of the island also has two less visited caves: Grotta Verde and Grotta Bianca, both accessible only by boat.

Antibes
Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc has been a place for the rich and famous to gather in Antibes since it opened in 1887 and has received the likes of Ernest Hemingway, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor.
The pine-verged pathway and imposing hotel were drenched in summer sunshine when she took photos with her daughter and beau, revelling in the Mediterranean weather in a delicate floral dress and matching accessories – pearl-rimmed Gucci frames, Bottega Veneta footwear and a mini Birkin.

Ile Sainte Marguerite
The island of Ile Sainte Marguerite off the Cannes coast has long been a haven for luxury yachters who want a day of peace along pine-fined shores while remaining close to the glitz and glamour of the city for night-time entertainments.
Situated beside the famous Fort Royal, believed to have held ‘The Man in the Iron Mask’, is restaurant La Guerite, where Kylie & Co. dined on delicious French cuisine before Stassie and Victoria danced on the tables to the live DJ set.
