Lantic Entertainment Systems has appointed MAP Marine as its sales and service partner in France. Based in Marseille, MAP Marine is an experienced supplier and installer of electronics of all kinds and represents a large number of leading brands in the navigation, communications, systems monitoring and entertainment sectors. The company has worked on numerous superyachts both sailing and motor with yards such as CMN, Rodriguez and Groupe CNM, as well as numerous refits and projects on board larger commercial vessels.
“We are very pleased to have reached agreement with MAP Marine”, commented Lantic’s head of sales, David Milner. “France is an important market for our luxury yacht entertainment systems, and having a local partner with such experience will give our products the best possible profile and support. MAP Marine is capable of managing projects of any size and we are confident that Lantic customers in France will find themselves in good hands.”
Lantic has also signed up RETEC, based in the Anatalya Free Zone on the southern coast of Turkey, to act as its representative in that country. Headquartered in Romania, RETEC is an experienced electrical integrator offering a full range of electrical services to both luxury yachts and commercial vessels. It has fifteen years experience encompassing over 200 craft and most recently was responsible for the full electrical outfit on board the 33m motoryacht Volare, built by Cyrus Yachts in Anatalya.
These appointments continue Lantic’s policy of identifying experienced local distributors capable of handling large‐scale, complex projects, and with the resources to provide first class after‐sales support.
Lantic Entertainment Systems is the world leader in the development and assembly of integrated audio‐visual entertainment systems for superyachts and is based in Denmark. Lantic systems can be found on board many of the world’s largest and most prestigious yachts.
