The 50m/164ft motor yacht DANZANTE BAY is the largest yacht to be built in Canada. Crescent Yachts is currently working on the construction of the vessel, which was designed by Gregory C. Marshall. DANZANTE BAY’s naval architecture and interior were created by the shipyard’s in-house team, while the hull was supplied by Christensen Shipyard.
The yacht will have a volume 499GT with accommodation for up to 12 guests in six staterooms, while ten staff members will sleep in five cabins.
The yacht was sold to an American client, who named her after his resort and golf course in Mexico. The delivery is scheduled for 2020.
Tim Charles, Crescent Custom Yachts principal, says “We are excited to add this exceptional vessel to our line of custom yachts. The composite hull was purchased from Christensen Shipyards. It is well-built and is a proven platform for the Crescent design.”
While it is uncertain whether DANZANTE BAY’s would become available for charter, there is a selection of charter yachts built by Crescent which are available now.
