Measuring impressive 75 meters in length, luxury mega yacht FOCUS is the latest concept unveiled by Nick Mezas Yacht Design, in partnership with Van Oossanen Naval Architects. Featuring the Fast Displacement Hull Form (FDHF) design with integrated Hull Vane, motor yacht FOCUS has been designed as an event hub, providing maximum comfort and privacy.

Luxury yacht FOCUS concept features a layout and capacity for one large event, such as business meetings, weddings, seminars, conferences, exclusive dance parties and artist performances, spread over three different locations, or the vessel can host a number of separate events at the same time.
Luxury yacht FOCUS concept
When looking at the profile of the FOCUS yacht concept, attention is immediately drawn to the trapezoidal space in the superstructure amidships. Inside is a two-story 150sqm salon with side terraces to port and starboard. Entrance to the terraces is through sliding doors in the vast two-story glass sides of the salon. The starboard terrace provides direct access to the sea by means of a fold-out platform as well as side stairs.
Super yacht FOCUS concept
The public atrium can be found aft of the central salon and provides direct access, via stairs or the elevator, to the helipad, the beach salon aft on the main deck, the gorgeous aft deck and to a side beach club. The central atrium also features a reception, cloakroom and day head on the main deck.
FOCUS superyacht concept
The main deck also hosts a central salon that can be used as a cinema, theatre or concert room, while the salon above provides a lounge bar where guests can enjoy fantastic views. This salon can also be used as a dance floor and offer an after-party in the lounge bar, while guests can relax in the beach salon or the aft deck, enjoying the pool as well as a wonderful selection of water toys.
Motor yacht FOCUS concept
The top deck of the FOCUS superyacht concept is a private owner’s/VIP level, hosting four lovely guest cabins. Meetings can take place in the upper central salon, while family members enjoy the pool on the aft deck or watch a movie in the lower central salon.
Mega yacht FOCUS concept
Aft of the engine room is storage for two 10m tenders and a wide range of other water toys. On the port side – behind the engine room – can be found the side beach club, with ample technical space and storage in the lazarette positioned aft of this.
Luxury superyacht FOCUS concept
With the Van Oossanen-designed Fast Displacement Hull Form with Hull Vane and run by twin MTU 20V 4000 M73L, super yacht FOCUS yacht concept can achieve a maximum speed of 23,5 knots and have a range of 5,000 nautical miles cruising at 15 knots. The Hull Vane is designed to lessen pitching and rolling, offering maximum comfort, while aboard.
