Leopard Yachts recently won two important awards at the Genoa Show, for the best lay out of their new Leopard 43m motor yacht and the UCINA award for the fifty years of participation at the Genoa Boat Show.
The first Leopard 43m motor yacht was launched from the Leopard Shipyard last Spring and won the World Yachts Trophie 2010 for the best lay out in the over 24m Sport Yacht category. The Leopard 43m motor yacht was built by Leopard in collaboration with the naval architect André Bacigalupo and the Cristiano Gatto Design Team.
Leopard Yachts have taken part in the Genoa boat show since its inauguration in 1962 and received the Unione Nazionale dei Cantieri e delle Industrie Nautiche e Affin (UCINA) award in recognition of its fifty years of participation.
Piero Picchiotti, the patron of the Picchiotti family who have owner the Leopard brand since the early seventies received the awards on behalf of the company.
