This month saw the Lumotics Marine complete the installation of its ‘Sound 2 Light’ on a 60-metre mega yacht in the southern Italy. Having used the Mood Magic unit, together with a Beijer touch screen, the company was able to satisfy the client’s demands and customise the installation to his exact requirements.

Four hundred Watts of LED lighting was more than enough to illuminate the interior of the yacht and enabled the client to create the exact colour and ambient mood lighting he required.
About SOUND 2 LIGHT
‘Sound 2 Light’ is a universal sound to light driver for use with the Mood Magic unit. The Sound 2 Light unit is able to translate audio frequencys to the Mood Magic unit enabling a sound responsive reaction. The unit is configurable to different reactions for example bass lines can be displayed through multiple channels with different dimming levels and fitting reactions. The system is very easy to install and can take audio input from any audio playing device using stereo phono plugs.
