Luxury charter yacht TABOO OF THE SEAS has been delivered to her Owner and has confirmed her attendance for the Cannes Yachting Festival and the Monaco Yacht Show this year.
TABOO OF THE SEAS – Running
Built by Maiora and brand new to charter, TABOO OF THE SEAS is the first MAIORA 30 WALKAROUND model measuring 30.5m/100ft and has a spacious beam of 7.5m/24.6ft, plus a full displacement of 112.7 tonnes. The twin Caterpillar C32 Acert engines provide a top speed and cruising speed of 23 knots and a fast cruising speed of 20 knots.
The interiors, described as ‘contemporary truths and classic wisdom’ were created by Fossati Design Bureau of Turin, who chose white leather and matte brass inlays contrast against the tinted oak for an elegant environment for daytime relaxation and entertainment after sundown.

The flybridge offers an area of 110m²/1184ft² for guests to use, and includes a ‘walk-around’ solution that removes the controls from the deck and places them internally almost at the centre of the yacht. Without doors, openings or steps, this has reduced the amount of ‘obstacles’ on deck for a level space dedicated to alfresco dining, lounging and sunbathing.

The accommodation is designed for 11 guests over 4 en-suite cabins: 1 Master suite with a sofa to sleep two additional guests on the main deck, a lower deck Master suite, a double cabin and a twin cabin that converts to a double and has an additional Pullman berth.
