YachtPlus have unveiled their new 41m (134ft) Lord Foster + Partners designed super yacht called OCEAN PEARL in Carrara, Italy. The Foster design was teamed with the technological skill of Rodriquez Cantieri Navali and will undergo official sea trials prior to its official launch in April. Motor yacht OCEAN PEARL is the 2nd yacht to be launched out of the fleet of 4 planned.

Yacht Plus is a Fractional ownership company who design and build these beautiful yachts then sell fractional ownership to a maximum of 8 owners per yacht. The owners can choose to use the yacht privately or offer the yacht for charter during their share of the calendar year. The first motor yacht in the fleet called OCEAN_EMERALD is available for charter throughout the Mediterranean and OCEAN PEARL will also be available for luxury yacht charters this summer in Italy.
The third yacht of the fleet, OCEAN SAPPHIRE is due to be launched in May 2010 and the fourth, yet to be named, is scheduled to enter service at the beginning of 2011. All four yachts are identical in design, featuring a dramatic grey superstructure which arches from the bow all the way aft. The motor yachts have an impressive 2495 square feet devoted to exterior deck space and a further 2790 square feet available to accommodate 12 guests and 7 crew. The yachts design also has a strong emphasis on space and light.
