The prominent Dutch shipyard, Moonen Yachts, will be attending the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS), running in the glamorous Florida yacht charter location – Fort Lauderdale from October 30 to November 3. As always, there will be much to see and do during FLIBS as it celebrates its 55th edition this year.
Among the highlights will be the Moonen 124 charter yacht Northlander, which will be displayed at Face Dock 9, 9A-C. This beautiful 2010 vessel has been designed by René van der Velden over a hullform by Stolk Marimecs naval architects. Northlander can accommodate up to 8 guests in maximum comfort and is available for luxury yacht charters in the Western Mediterranean.
Moonen 121 motor yacht Victoria del Mar will be showcased at Face Dock 20 and the 137ft custom Moonen superyacht Sofia will be available for private visits with potential clients at her home berth, which is only a ten-minute boat trip from the show. And the same goes for the Moonen 97 yacht Sofia II.
Talking of top yachts, two Moonens have been nominated for the ISS Design and Leadership Awards 2014: the Moonen 100 Explorer yacht and superyacht Sofia. The winners will be announced at the special gala evening on October 29, 2014.
