Sunseeker International was delighted to attend the 2014 Monaco Yacht Show, which ran in the glamorous Mediterranean yacht holiday location – Monaco from September 24 to 27. During the event, the prominent British shipyard displayed its ’40 Metre Yacht’ motor yacht THUMPER, ‘115 Sport Yacht’ luxury yacht ZOZO, as well as ‘155 Yacht’ superyacht BLUSH.

With the breathtaking Riviera acting as the backdrop for this fantastic boat show, Sunseeker’s elite selection of yachts were certainly at home in Monaco. What’s more, the yachts on display have been carefully chosen to highlight the ‘Bespoke’ design service offered by Sunseeker.
Luxury yacht Blush, the 155 Yacht on display at the show, was commissioned by a long-standing client. It is of particular significance to Sunseeker as it is not only is the biggest project the British manufacturer has ever undertaken, but it also takes the concept of a series build with personal customisation even further. The modular build methodology allowed the client to have a direct input on the interior design and layout of the yacht, as well as on the actual superstructure.
Motor yacht Blush boasts spacious and stylish private accommodation, which is one of the most appealing features of Sunseeker’s flagship yacht. The yacht also offers an expanse of entertaining space with the upper deck alone featuring a stunning sky lounge which can be dedicated to private entertainment. The interior of Blush exudes style and sophistication and this is further enhanced by its unique design palette which blends grey, blue and green tones to create an overall chic ‘aqua’ feel.
Sunseeker 155 Yacht BLUSH
Thumper superyacht, the most recent 40 Metre created by Sunseeker, beautifully showcases the level of personalisation a yacht can undergo. The owner of this stunning yacht wanted to push the boundaries of what had previously been created and the end result is a fabulous yacht like no other in the world.
While bespoke design is certainly common on the interior of many yachts, the 40 Metre Yacht takes personalisation one step further thanks to a fully customised exterior. Its streamlined exterior has been further refined courtesy of its customised decks and upgraded railings. The yacht’s grand exterior entertaining spaces exude luxury and the bespoke furniture amplifies this by offering unprecedented comfort and style. The in-house Sunseeker designers, working alongside an independent interior design team, created a tranquil haven for the owner and their guests to enjoy. The colour scheme is made up of neutral tones with hints of colour to create a light and airy feeling, enhancing the spacious yet luxurious feel of the yacht.
Blush and Thumper yachts appeared alongside the 115 Sport Yacht, which boasts a powerful presence which can be felt from all angles. It effortlessly combines high-speed cruising with spacious accommodation.
The full-beam master stateroom is an impressive feature usually only found on larger yachts but thanks to its clever layout the 115 Sport Yacht delivers maximum space and dramatic impact. Four further guest cabins are located on the lower deck. Both the two double cabins and the two twin cabins feature the large Sunseeker trademark port lights, which add to the spacious feel thanks to the natural light they provide.
