From the Piriou shipyard comes the imposing 76.6m/251.4ft explorer yacht YERSIN, available for charter worldwide at destinations including French Polynesia, the Galapagos Islands and Japan for the Tokyo Olympics in 2020, beginning her schedule this summer in the Western Mediterranean luxury yacht charter grounds.

Whether crossing the Mediterranean Sea of the Atlantic Ocean, there is plenty to keep guests occupied during the voyage in the stunning contemporary surroundings created by the Owner: Light natural tones contrast against the pale white and blue accents to be found in the wall panels and back-lit bars, located on the main deck and upper deck close to the formal dining areas.
Among her features is a spa furnished with a hammam, Jacuzzi, hairdressing studio, massage facilities and a gym. More indoor features can be found across the decks, with a cinema, media centre, library, observatory and hospital with outdoor facilities including a helipad, Jacuzzi and swimming pool. Access to every deck is fast and safe using the on board lift, ensuring that every guest can reach the facilities to be included in every social activity.
Yersin – Salon
Also of note is her status as an eco-friendly world-cruise with CLEANSHIP certification, and when E/Y YERSIN is not being used for charter, she has a classroom and research stations for scientific and environmental marine missions. With an Ice-class hull guests can stand on deck and watch the Northern Lights dance in the sky above Greenland, or whale-watch amongst the ice-floes of Antarctica.
For dockside events at such destinations as Cannes or Monaco, there is plenty of room on board for entertaining inside and out: The sturdy modern exterior from Pierre Jacque Hubis offers a multi-purpose platform on the main deck aft that can be used for storing water toys, land-based vehicles and submersibles, and when clear can be used for a large outdoor celebration.
Yersin – Interior
Savour each day and night in the South of France on the sundeck, where guests can take in sweeping views of the surroundings from the raised forward Jacuzzi enveloped in sunpads. A central bar is placed to serve guests seated at the C-shaped sofas along both sides of the hull, sheltered by a canvas and hardtop roof for use in all weather conditions.
Up to 12 guests can sleep on board and they have a choice of 8 well-appointed en-suite cabins: 1 Master suite, 1 VIP stateroom, 2 double cabins and 4 twin cabins, all but the Master suite providing an extra bed.
The spacious Master suite on the upper deck forward comes furnished with an office, corner lounge and additional chairs and desks throughout with large windows providing excellent views and natural lighting. The forward en-suite bathroom has his-and-hers sinks, an enclosed toilet and bidet, a shower and bathtub.
Yersin – Cinema theatre
The rest of the guest accommodation on the main deck also benefits from large windows for great views and plenty of sunshine. All are convertible and have an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower.
The expert crew of 24 will be on hand to ensure that every guest is well taken care of throughout the charter. A masseuse and hairdresser can join the charter for optimal use of all amenities on board.
