Royal Huisman is thrilled to announce that the majestic 43m (142’) sailing yacht SEA EAGLE has left the yard in Vollenhove as scheduled. Superyacht SEA EAGLE is a beautiful sloop, with naval architecture by German Frers and interior design by Rhoades Young.
Following the stepping of her mast and some weeks of sea trials in the North Sea, luxury yacht SEA EAGLE will be handed over to her owner, an experienced offshore sailor from Taiwan. Designed and engineered to meet the owner’s plans to cruise the world whilst attending the occasional superyacht regattas along the way, the brand new sloop is as stylish as it is performance oriented.
SEA EAGLE superyacht has been sold as part of the shipyard’s long-term commitment to developing business opportunities in South East Asia. Strengthening his trust and support in the shipyard, SEA EAGLE’s Owner, Dr. Samuel Yin, has offered his full support, allowing the sloop to be available for presentations at various worldwide yachting events, including his home waters in South East Asia.
Boasting eye-catching Dark Blue hull and Chevy White superstructure, super yacht SEA EAGLE emerged from the shipyard’s number two paint hall. She is the last vessel to do so before building extensions as well as new investments start this summer. When extensions are complete in the autumn, the expectation is for an increased workflow between construction and the all-important component of yacht finishing where yachts of up to 90m / 300ft can be housed in one hall and up to 60m / 200ft in another three. Both paint halls are complete with high intensity lighting, air flow, temperature, as well as humidity controls, exceeding the rigorous requirements of all major paint manufacturers.
