With a couple of months still to go to the HISWA Amsterdam in-water Boat Show 2014, the exhibitors have already announced their intention to reveal more than forty new products during the event, plenty of them world premieres. Between Tuesday 2 and Sunday 7 September, about three hundred new boats from Dutch and international yards are expected to be hosted by the Amsterdam Marina at the old NDSM shipyard, close to the city centre. The HISWA Amsterdam in-water Boat Show will thereby confirm its position as the most comprehensive show of its kind in Northern Europe.
Innovation
“There are already as many premieres announced by exhibitors at this moment in time as there were last year in total,” says project manager Michelle Jonker. “This applies to both motor and sailing yachts, and we expect many more to be announced over the coming months. There is clearly an air of dynamism in the market again in terms of innovation and the design of new or adapted models. And yacht builders and importers clearly see the HISWA Amsterdam in-water Boat Show as the ideal platform to present their latest products, allowing us to offer visitors a broad range with lots of news.”
