Overmarine has launched the Mangusta Oceanco 46, which is the shipyard’s third displacement superyacht to be completed within the last two years.
The 46m/151ft superyacht is designed by Stefano Righini for long range use and the interiors are from Alberto Mancini. The composite hull and superstructure follow the timeless styling of the Mangusta yard while enhancing performance and stability while at sea.
There is an even balance of interior and exterior recreational areas for guests over three decks and guests are treated to plenty of formal and alfresco dining options, sunbathing space on the foredeck and sundeck, two alfresco lounge areas on the upper deck and a sundeck Jacuzzi.
The main salon and skylounge provide sultry and sophisticated relaxation areas that use a colour scheme of gloss black and textured white, both of which receive plenty of natural illumination from the windows running down the port and starboard sides. The full-beam Owners’ accommodation is located on the upper deck forward and five additional en-suite guest cabins are located on the lower deck. The crew meanwhile are accommodated over four twin cabins and a Captain’s cabin.
Using twin MTU 12V 4000 M53R engines, the Mangusta Oceanco 46 is capable of a cruising speed of 12 knots and a maximum speed of 16 knots with a range of 4000 nautical miles.
Mangusta will have plenty of upcoming launches in 2018, including the shipyard’s 54m/177ft flagship, the MANGUSTA GRANSPORT 54 and three Mangusta Maxi Open.
